Western Transfer Buffer is a buffer reagent for wet and semi-dry electrophoresis transfer in Western blotting . This product is prepared according to conventional methods. It is a pre-mixed powder, does not contain SDS and methanol, and is easy to store and easy to operate. The components of 1x Western Transfer buffer are 25mM Tris & 192mM Glycine .
