PAP EA36 stain kit

Papanicolaou (PAP) method is commonly used for routine staining in cytology. Papanicolaou Stain was originally only used to detect vaginal epithelial estrogen levels and pathogens such as Candida and Trichomonas in the genital tract. Orange G6 can be used in combination with EA36 or EA50 to dye the cytoplasm into bright green, blue and pink colors. After staining, the cytoplasm is bright, transparent, and the structure of nuclear membrane, nucleolus, and chromatin is clear. Pap stain solution is used for cell shedding specimens, the nucleus is blue or black, and the cytoplasm of keratinized squamous cells is pink or orange.

Papanicolaou EA36 cytoplasmic stain solution uses EA36 stain solution, and nuclear staining uses non-toxic modified hematoxylin stain solution, which is more suitable for gynecological cytology smear staining than EA50. For example, screening for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.
