Ham's F-10 w/ L-Glutamine, Sodium Pyruvate & HEPES

Ham's F-10 (or F-10) is a nutrient mixture used for cell culture, serum-free growth of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. It is widely used for a variety of demanding mammalian cell types and is available in different formulations. It contains a wide variety of components to support cell growth, including: amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients. It can be formulated with L-glutamine, HEPES buffer, sodium bicarbonate, and phenol red.
